ServiceTitan Shares Sink 30% Amid Securities Fraud Investigation

A 30% collapse in ServiceTitan stock has triggered a formal investigation by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld LLP. The firm is probing whether the company misled shareholders regarding the development of its AI-powered platform, Max, and its strategic pivot away from planned expansion into new trade sectors.

The stock plunge followed a September 8 announcement in which ServiceTitan reported cooling growth in Gross Transaction Volume. The company disclosed a pivot, choosing to tighten its focus on existing commercial trades to prioritize investments in Max. This strategic shift resulted in a projected operating income of $29–$30 million, marking a 33.6% sequential decline.

Legal representatives are now scrutinizing whether management provided accurate information to investors prior to this disclosure. Shareholders who held TTAN securities during this period are currently being evaluated for potential participation in a class action lawsuit. BFA Law, a firm noted for its work in shareholder litigation, is managing the inquiry on a contingency fee basis.
