Roman Kulczykowski joins M&S as Senior Head of Software Engineering

In his new capacity, Kulczykowski will oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate systems, including SAP. Prior to his work at Maersk, Kulczykowski held the position of Head of SAP Technical Platforms at BP. Reflecting on his appointment, he emphasized the importance of fostering cross-functional partnerships across product, architecture, and engineering departments to drive meaningful business outcomes for the brand.
