The lawsuit claims that York Space Systems misled shareholders by failing to disclose that its mission and payload software remained incomplete at the time of satellite launches. According to the complaint, these technical failures posed significant risks to the company's agreements with the Space Development Agency, suggesting that the firm secured government contracts through deceptive advertising and operational shortcuts. Plaintiffs argue these omissions rendered public statements about the company's business prospects materially false.
Rosen Law Firm, which filed the action, is currently soliciting participants for the class. Investors who acquired securities between January 29, 2026, and May 11, 2026, are eligible to participate. While the firm encourages investors to seek legal representation, no class has been certified at this stage. Individuals may choose their own counsel, remain absent from the proceedings, or act as a representative party to direct the litigation before the October 30 cutoff.
