Kaelin Poulin Returns to Fitness Industry as Head of Supra Woman

After building LadyBoss into a national powerhouse and stepping away to focus on family, entrepreneur Kaelin Poulin is re-entering the health industry. She joins Scottsdale-based Supra Human to spearhead its women’s division, leveraging her personal experience as a client to scale the company's performance coaching model for high-achieving women.

Poulin previously led LadyBoss to a No. 4 ranking on the 2019 Inc. 5000 list, serving a community of 700,000 women before selling the company. Following a hiatus dedicated to homeschooling her children, she sought a new approach to fitness that could integrate with the complexities of a high-performance life. Her transition from client to partner began after she experienced the coaching model provided by founders John and Nineveh Madsen.

Supra Human currently manages a platform that has facilitated over 10,000 client transformations. The company reported 1,236% three-year revenue growth, securing the No. 276 spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000. CEO Nineveh Madsen cited Poulin’s unique combination of business acumen and ability to resonate with the company's core demographic as the primary motivation for the appointment. As head of the division, Poulin will focus on scaling the firm’s integration of concierge medical care and personalized coaching for women managing professional and personal demands.
