JobSource and The Reserves Network Complete Strategic Merger

The merger brings together two established firms: JobSource, founded in 1994 by Gabriel Garcia, and The Reserves Network, started in 1984 by Don Stallard. By integrating JobSource’s proprietary technology and diversified service model with The Reserves Network’s deep-rooted community presence, the new entity intends to streamline the employment lifecycle. The company plans to leverage its expanded resources to achieve ambitious performance benchmarks, including a goal of filling 10 positions in 10 minutes, while maintaining the personalized service that defined both firms' histories.

Supported by funding from New York-based Catalur Capital Management, the organization will operate through a family of specialized brands, including Alero, CingularHR, and Team1Medical Staffing. Each division retains its market identity while utilizing the parent company’s centralized infrastructure for compliance, financial administration, and recruitment technology. Leadership expects this structure to facilitate aggressive growth, including a target of reaching one billion dollars in revenue over the next four years through a mix of organic development and strategic acquisitions.
