The platform functions through Skipper, an AI agent designed to bridge the distance between a question and a strategic decision. When a query is entered, Skipper scans existing organizational databases to see if the answer already exists. If the data is missing, the system designs a new study, including sample size and quality parameters, while providing real-time pricing and timeline estimates for human review.
Once a study is authorized, the system handles respondent verification and sample management, closing the loop by surfacing specific recommendations alongside the raw data. This approach aims to eliminate the steep learning curve traditionally associated with research platforms. According to co-founder and CEO Lev Mazin, the tool functions as a centralized hub for brand managers, marketers, and executives to collaborate on findings. The Bridge is currently in early access, with live demonstrations scheduled at the TMRE conference in Denver.
