The final stage of the season at Mt. Van Hoevenberg proved decisive for 24-year-old Luca Martin. After securing the Short Track (XCC) crown on Friday, Martin finished fifth in Sunday’s Cross-Country (XCO) race to finalize his double-title performance, ending the year with 1999 points in the XCO standings. His teammate Charlie Aldridge provided a dramatic finish to the weekend, winning the Elite Men’s XCO race in a tight sprint against Italy’s Filippo Colombo. Both riders crossed the line with an identical time of 1:23:21.
Downhill competition at Whiteface Mountain saw high-stakes finishes as well. Lachie Stevens-McNab claimed third place in the Lake Placid final, while Jordan Williams finished sixth, securing second place in the 2026 Downhill World Cup overall rankings. Amaury Pierron also finished the season on the overall podium in third, underscoring a strong collective performance from the team across the nine-race series.
