The platform allows organizations to consolidate their safety data sheets into a single, searchable library, accessible via QR codes and mobile devices. By integrating AI-assisted tools, the system aims to reduce the administrative burden of maintaining compliance while ensuring that employees can retrieve accurate safety protocols at the point of need. Users can also pull documents directly from CHEMTREC’s Master SDS Library, streamlining the sourcing process for companies operating across multiple facilities.
Andrew LaVanway, Chief Executive of CHEMTREC, emphasized that the platform focuses on the speed of information delivery, aiming to condense complex safety workflows into a single click. This launch complements the company's existing SDS Authoring services, allowing businesses to handle the entire lifecycle of safety documentation—from creation to distribution—under one provider. According to Heather Walker, Director of Product Management, early user feedback indicates the interface provides a more intuitive experience than legacy management software, marking a shift toward more competitive, service-oriented safety infrastructure.
