The Association of Related Churches (ARC) designed these gatherings to combat the isolation often felt in ministry, emphasizing that leaders should not navigate church operations alone. By decentralizing the event into regional sessions, the organization seeks to facilitate deeper connections between neighboring congregations and provide a platform for exchanging practical strategies for community impact and long-term legacy building.
Each host site features a distinct program tailored to local needs. In Charleston, the lineup includes Greg and Lisa Surratt along with Josh Surratt, while the Richmond session will feature speakers such as Dale O’Shields and Jordan Durso. Other notable locations include Phoenix, Seattle, Houston, and Calgary, Alberta. The sessions typically run from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., offering attendees a mix of instructional content and networking opportunities.
This year’s gatherings mark a significant milestone as the organization celebrates its 25th anniversary. Since its inception in 2000, ARC has assisted in the launch of over 1,200 churches worldwide. These regional meetings serve as an extension of the larger annual ARC Conference, aiming to bring the same level of professional resources and fellowship closer to the homes of ministry leaders who may not be able to travel to national events.
