The Signia Pure C&G MaX secured the top spot in the Receiver in Canal hearing aid category. It is the first device built on the Multi-adaptive Xperience (MaX) platform, which utilizes four interconnected Deep Neural Networks. By processing speech, background noise, and the wearer’s own voice in real time, the system allows for seamless transitions in dynamic group environments. Mike O'Neil, President of US Wholesale at WSA, noted that the win reflects the company’s commitment to AI sound processing that prioritizes the user's immediate listening context.
Simultaneously, the Widex Compass Cloud 2.0 earned recognition in the Service Delivery and Fitting Software category. Designed for the Widex Allure and Allure AI lines, the cloud-based platform shifts the focus toward personalized, data-driven patient care. Features such as Enhanced Data Logging provide clinicians with real-world insights into sound environments beyond the clinic, while automatic cloud updates eliminate the need for manual software installations. These tools enable practitioners to refine amplification settings through the Allure Sensogram, ensuring that hardware performance remains tailored to individual patient needs from the initial fitting through follow-up visits.
