Murray will oversee regional sales leadership and new account acquisition, focusing on the brand’s knife rental and sharpening services. Her strategy centers on helping operators minimize replacement costs and enhance workplace safety through specialized tool management. By streamlining these processes, she aims to position the company as a primary partner for national restaurant chains and institutional food service providers.
Ulrich Wohn noted that Murray’s background in developing strategic customer relationships is vital for the company’s current investment cycle in the North American market. While Murray focuses on the broader foodservice segment, Greg Stak will maintain his current oversight of the company’s Food Processing and Butcher divisions to ensure continuity. The company currently produces over 90,000 professional and household knives daily, leveraging a legacy of Swiss engineering that dates back to 1884.
