Jysk expands Enactor unified commerce platform to Norway

Danish retailer Jysk has completed the rollout of its Enactor-powered unified commerce platform across all 110 of its Norwegian stores. The transition, finalized over the past two months, integrates disparate store systems into a single digital infrastructure designed to streamline daily operations for both staff and shoppers.

The platform allows store employees to process payments and assist customers from any point on the retail floor, removing the reliance on traditional fixed checkout counters. Connie Evensen, store manager at Jysk Furuset in Oslo, noted that the system has quickly become a natural part of daily routines, significantly improving the way her team interacts with customers.

Following the successful implementation in Norway, Jysk is continuing its international deployment. The technology recently went live in Sweden and Finland, with the Netherlands and Belgium slated as the next markets to receive the upgrade.
