The new feature is currently available through Constructor’s AI Shopping Agent, which uses natural language processing to offer personalized recommendations based on user intent and history. It also integrates with the company’s AI Product Insights Agent, providing a seamless transition from product discovery to payment. Customers can complete their purchases using the Link by Stripe digital wallet or other supported payment methods, keeping the entire journey contained within the agent’s chat window.
Eli Finkelshteyn, CEO and co-founder of Constructor, stated that the move aims to bridge the gap between discovery and checkout. By combining their existing search technology with Stripe’s payment capabilities, the firm intends to make the shopping journey more efficient for consumers and more profitable for retailers. Constructor plans to roll out this checkout functionality across additional digital touchpoints later this year.
