Beta Bionics Faces Securities Fraud Lawsuit Over iLet Pump Safety

Investors who purchased common stock in Beta Bionics, Inc. between July 30, 2025, and February 24, 2026, face a November 3, 2026, deadline to seek lead plaintiff status in a pending class action lawsuit filed by the Rosen Law Firm.

The litigation alleges that Beta Bionics misled the market regarding the safety of its iLet Bionic Pancreas insulin delivery system. According to the complaint, the company downplayed reports of device malfunctions that resulted in patients receiving dangerously high insulin doses, leading to significant hypoglycemic events. While defendants reportedly characterized FDA concerns as benign, the lawsuit claims the agency had documented thousands of complaints, including hundreds of life-threatening incidents that the firm failed to adequately address.

Investors who purchased BBNX stock during the specified period may be entitled to compensation. Those interested in serving as lead plaintiff must file a motion with the court by the November 3 deadline. The Rosen Law Firm, which is handling the case, notes that no class has been certified yet, meaning investors are not currently represented by counsel unless they retain their own. Further information is available through the firm’s website or by contacting Phillip Kim, Esq.
