MobileX Taps Former RedCloud CFO Raju Datla for Expansion Push

Datla joins the company after serving as CFO of RedCloud Holdings, where he managed financial execution during the firm's global expansion. His background spans high-stakes roles across the technology sector, including a tenure as Chief Strategy Officer at Tillman Fiber and an earlier stint in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. During his time in finance, he advised on more than $12 billion in mergers and acquisitions, debt, and equity transactions.

At MobileX, Datla will report directly to founder and CEO Peter Adderton. The pair will focus on securing new funding, fostering strategic partnerships, and aligning the company’s capital structure with its long-term growth objectives. Adderton emphasized that Datla’s specific experience in infrastructure and his background as a company builder are critical as the wireless provider looks to evolve its intelligent connectivity platform. Datla, who holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, enters the role as MobileX seeks to solidify its position in a competitive wireless market through its proprietary data-prediction technology.
