Founded in 2023, the Prosper Forum operates as an invitation-only annual event designed to foster mentorship between established operators and emerging leaders. The acquisition includes the signature Prosper Accelerator, a 24-month program that pairs senior executives with rising talent nominated by their respective CEOs. By incorporating these assets, Arrowfly gains access to a network of over 300 partner organizations, strengthening its position as a key intermediary in the foodservice sector.
Arrowfly CEO Matt Logan noted that the deal provides partners with rare, direct access to the industry's decision-makers, a resource he described as having no equivalent shortcuts. For Prosper Company co-founder David Jobe, the transition offers a platform for purposeful growth. The merger arrives as restaurant and hospitality brands face mounting pressures, including persistent labor shortages, rising structural costs, and the complex integration of artificial intelligence into daily operations. Prosper Accelerate is scheduled to continue its programming October 28–30 at the Omni Dallas Hotel.
