EastGroup Properties Expands Board with Two New Appointments

Bethany Logan Ropa brings extensive financial and construction-sector experience to the board. Currently the Chief Financial Officer at JE Dunn Construction Group, she previously spent 17 years at UBS within its Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure investment banking group, where she eventually served as Managing Director and Head of Americas. Her background includes prior service on the JE Dunn board of directors.

Robyn R. Werner joins the company following a long tenure at Ernst & Young LLP, where she served as an Assurance Partner until her retirement in 2025. A Certified Public Accountant, Werner specialized in auditing public real estate investment trusts and held various leadership positions focused on the construction and hospitality sectors. Donald F. Colleran, Chairman of the Board, noted that these appointments are intended to diversify the board's existing industry expertise and support the company's broader strategic goals.
