Bradford’s career spans over four decades, starting in 1984 at the Caesars Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. Since joining Seminole Gaming in 2005, she has ascended to oversee the management and operations of Support Services, Customer Care, and Aviation. Her work has been central to grand opening operations and the establishment of administrative best practices across the company.
Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming, credited Bradford with building a culture of operational excellence. Siobhan Lane, President and Board Chair of Global Gaming Women, noted that Bradford’s vision and commitment to championing female leaders have left a lasting mark on the industry. Bradford was selected as one of six recipients from a record-breaking pool of nominations this year.
