Running from October 1 through October 31, 2026, the campaign leverages partnerships with major retailers including Albertsons, Fred Meyer, QFC, and Walmart. The expansion follows two years of success in California, where the program raised nearly $250,000 in contributions. While the brand has established a strong footing in the California market, the addition of the Seattle-based organization Food Lifeline addresses a growing need in Western Washington, where 9.5% of households currently face food insecurity.
Brand manager Megan Byerly noted that the expansion is designed to build on the momentum generated by previous efforts to support families struggling with hunger. In Western Washington, Food Lifeline reports that one in eight people—and one in five children—experience food insecurity. By coordinating with networks like the California Association of Food Banks, the initiative aims to provide culturally relevant and nutritious staples to those hit hardest by rising food costs. Donation limits are capped at 15,000 jars for California and 5,000 for Washington, ensuring the campaign remains targeted toward specific regional needs.
