Brennan Investment Group Extends Graaskamp Roundtable Sponsorship

The renewal follows an initial $150,000 gift from Michael Brennan, the firm’s chairman and a former Irgens Executive Director at the Graaskamp Center. Beyond funding the roundtable series, this capital established an annual $10,000 graduate scholarship. Brennan remains a central figure in the program’s operations, co-hosting events and serving on the Center’s board.

Rooted in the Wisconsin Idea—the principle that university resources should extend into the public sphere—the series travels to five cities annually. These events gather alumni and local professionals to analyze regional market shifts and development projects. By capping attendance, the organizers aim to foster candid dialogue between industry leaders rather than traditional networking. To date, the program has reached more than 20 cities, cementing its role as a mobile hub for real estate innovation.
