The luncheon was organized by Meauxmentum Strategies & Investments (MSI), the largest franchisee of the restaurant chain. This gathering marks the first step in a broader 2026 community appreciation initiative that will span multiple markets, including Austin, Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Indianapolis. By providing meals to these supporters, the organization aims to acknowledge the year-round labor required to advance breast cancer research and patient navigation services.
Sheri Holdman, Executive Director for Susan G. Komen in Arkansas and Oklahoma, noted that the shared meal provided a tangible way to thank individuals for their dedication to the cause. For the restaurant group, the effort aligns with their stated mission to engage deeply with the communities they serve. Area director Devan Schuessler emphasized that the partnership serves as a small gesture of gratitude for the energy and compassion volunteers contribute to local healthcare support networks.
