TrustEngine Hires Brandon Durham to Boost MortgageCoach Adoption

Durham joins the company with two decades of experience, specifically focusing on organizational change and training within mortgage lending. His mandate involves overseeing strategic partnerships with major industry players, including ICE Encompass, Cotality SmartFees, Lodestar, and Optimal Blue. By integrating these services directly into MortgageCoach, TrustEngine aims to centralize borrower data and loan pricing into a single interface.

CEO Bob Jennings emphasized that the company’s primary objective is to make MortgageCoach the first platform loan officers open each morning. Before joining TrustEngine, Durham spent 11 years at Homeowners Financial Group, where he managed a 15-platform technology ecosystem and supported over 125 sales professionals. He previously held positions at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, National Residential Mortgage, and Caliber Funding. Durham views his new role as an opportunity to move beyond simple software implementation and toward making technology an indispensable part of the loan officer's daily workflow.
