TrackVia Integrates Generative AI into Field Operations Platform

The Denver-based company is expanding its platform to include enterprise AI connectivity, a rebuilt Android application, and a redesigned web interface. At the core of this update is TrackVia IRIS, which enables users to bypass complex dashboard navigation by asking direct questions about their data. To ensure security, the tool adheres to existing permission models, restricting access to authorized information only.

Beyond internal tools, TrackVia now supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This integration allows organizations to link their operational data directly to external AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini. CEO Aylin Basom emphasized that the goal is to shift the platform from a simple system of record to a hub for operational intelligence. By allowing users to configure the software to their specific business needs rather than forcing them to adapt to rigid templates, the company intends to help field teams in construction, manufacturing, and healthcare scale their operations despite persistent labor shortages.
