Profit for the period reached €631.6 million, bolstered by the acquisition of Genesis Digital Assets, now rebranded as SWI Digital. This move grants the group control over 1.2 GW of secured grid connections in the United States, which the company intends to convert from bitcoin mining sites into high-performance computing centers. Combined with AiOnX, the firm’s 2.3 GW European infrastructure platform, SWI is positioning itself to control the entire AI value chain.
In August, the group secured status as a Preferred Partner in the NVIDIA Partner Network, allowing for the deployment of specialized AI infrastructure. Management is currently recruiting a technical team from companies like Amazon and Intel to build a proprietary cloud platform. With non-core assets in hospitality and land development now listed for sale, the group aims for digital infrastructure to comprise over 90% of its total assets by 2027. The company is currently in high-stakes negotiations with hyperscalers for long-term offtake agreements that could reach tens of billions of dollars in contract value.
