Rob McCormick departs The Very Group after eight years leading data

During his time at the business, McCormick oversaw the expansion of self-service business intelligence and analytics tools to more than 2,000 colleagues and external partners. His work centered on modernizing the company's data and engineering capabilities, a shift he credited to the collaborative efforts of his teams and external technology partners.

Reflecting on his exit, McCormick noted that the evolution of data usage across the organization remains a key achievement of his three distinct roles within the company. He confirmed he is moving to a Director of Data position, though he has not yet disclosed the identity of his new employer.
