The company’s updated business scope integrates research and development with large-scale mechanical production, aiming to streamline the conversion of waste tires and plastics into pyrolysis oil and combustible gas. Niutech’s latest intelligent production lines process over 100 tonnes of material daily, achieving performance metrics that meet stringent standards in markets like Germany, the UK, and Brazil. Specifically, their recovered carbon black reaches a toluene transmittance exceeding 80%, allowing it to function as a direct feedstock for new tire manufacturing.
Regulatory pressures, including the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, are driving demand for these scalable solutions. In response, Niutech is expanding its domestic footprint; its subsidiary, Hesheng Environmental Protection, will reach a processing capacity of 160,000 tonnes per year following the 2026 completion of its Phase II project. Beyond solid materials, the group is currently refining pathways to convert tire pyrolysis oil into sustainable aviation fuel. This industrial momentum is already reflected in international contracts, underscored by a recent order from a UK client valued at RMB 198 million.
