The platform, built on Phylo’s Biomni Lab environment, utilizes hundreds of AI agents to synthesize data from genetics, clinical trials, and literature. By providing a shared, auditable record of evidence, the tool allows scientists to adjust weightings and criteria in real-time, moving away from static reports toward dynamic, interactive dashboards. The system aims to address the high cost of failure in early-stage development, where human genetic support has been shown to increase success probability by 2.6-fold.
A central component of the launch is a partnership with The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. This edition integrates the foundation's established Targets to Therapies framework, allowing researchers to explore prioritized Parkinson’s targets through a transparent, evidence-linked interface. While a public version covers thousands of assessments, Phylo is also offering an enterprise edition capable of processing over 20,000 targets per disease with proprietary data integration. According to Phylo CEO Kexin Huang, the goal is to standardize this model across all major diseases, enabling foundations and research consortia to publish expert-validated frameworks directly to the scientific community.
