Adams moves to the Chief Payments Officer position at a critical juncture for the Tampa-based firm. As companies consolidate their financial software, onPhase is positioning its platform to handle the full invoice-to-payment lifecycle, including ACH, virtual card, and cross-border transactions for clients in over 100 countries. With two decades of industry experience, Adams brings a track record that includes navigating the 2021 IPO of AvidXchange and managing strategic partnerships with major entities like Mastercard. He steps down from his advisory role at Aquiline Capital Partners to focus on the new post. Adams joins a revamped executive suite that has seen several key appointments over the past year, including Chief Product Officer Sudarshan Ranganath and CFO Kathryn Eskandarian, as the firm scales its operations to meet rising demand for integrated finance and compliance automation.
