ILC Dover Launches Semi-Automatic System for Potent Powder Transfers

Developed by the Ingersoll Rand business unit, the system integrates directly with existing containment technologies, including the DoverPac® and D100 lines. By shifting from manual handling to a semi-automatic interface, the technology allows a single operator to manage connection, transfer, and disconnection cycles. This approach minimizes the potential for process contamination and significantly lowers the volume of retained powder during manufacturing sequences.

The DoverDoQ™ platform is built to work with liners from various suppliers, offering flexibility in hazardous environments where containment performance must be validated and measurable.
