The honorees were selected by a panel of ENA members and staff from a competitive pool of applicants who demonstrated excellence in clinical practice, volunteerism, and innovative problem-solving. According to ENA President Dustin Bass, these nurses are actively shaping the profession’s future by applying their expertise to complex challenges in both workplace environments and local communities. The program, which recently received a Gold National Award from the American Society of Business Publication Editors, serves as a platform to recognize those who view nursing as more than a career.
This year’s class includes Larissa Allen, Aldrin Ian Alpe, Taylor Barrett, Mekel Bergschneider, Parker Brigance, Alfred Dahbi, Caterina Fus, Brooke Johnson, Jana M. Kling, Emily Kraft, Kayla Lott, Walter Sergio Lugari, Jessica Massey, Santana N. Olvera, Jennifer Pederson, Samantha Poe, Rachel Porter, Paolo Roca, Samuel Snell, and Adam Wilson. The organization formally introduced the group during its General Assembly, held in conjunction with the Emergency Nursing 2026 conference running through October 1 in Phoenix.
