The core of NAITRON’s manufacturing upgrade lies in its proprietary MPTP Granite Sink Production System. By integrating PLC-based controls with automated material dosing and independent temperature management, the factory ensures structural uniformity across its single-piece compression molded sinks. This process eliminates the need for joints or splicing, which significantly mitigates the risk of cracking or deformation during heavy use. The resulting quartz-based composite surfaces are engineered to withstand temperatures up to 280°C and maintain a hardness rating exceeding 60 Barcol.
Beyond technical specifications, the firm is pivoting toward workstation-style designs to address modern kitchen demands. These units incorporate integrated platforms for cutting boards and drying accessories, reflecting a broader market trend toward multi-functional food preparation spaces. Operating from an 80,000-square-meter facility in Hubei, NAITRON has invested over RMB 100 million in infrastructure, including a photovoltaic power system that now supplies 80% of its production energy. This shift toward renewable energy and automation supports the company’s export-heavy business model, which serves markets in the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, and across Europe.
