FirstService Residential Takes Over Management of Orlando’s Laureate Park

The community is characterized by its emphasis on walkability and social infrastructure, featuring the Laureate Park Aquatic Center, the LP FIT fitness facility, and a central hub for dining and events. By bringing in FirstService Residential, the association intends to refine its governance and operational framework to match the high standards of its residents.

Rada Kleyman, business development director at FirstService Residential, noted that the alignment between the firm and the board centers on enhancing the lifestyle programming and long-term community vision. Brent Reynolds, president of master-planned communities for the firm’s South region, added that the company plans to deploy its specialized resources to support the ongoing growth and evolving needs of the Lake Nona neighborhood.
