Developed as a high-volume, casual offshoot of their acclaimed restaurant Cordelia, the new stall focuses on a streamlined menu of crispy fried and grilled chicken, sandwiches, and the quintessential Midwest staple, JoJo fries. The space, located near Portal 26, eschews the typical transactional feel of arena food in favor of a neighborhood joint aesthetic, complete with hand-painted signage and an illustrated portrait of the namesake, Watts’ great-grandmother.
Chef Cimino’s menu features items like the signature Magic Dust-dusted fried chicken sandwich, miso-marinated grilled chicken, and a local nod to the classic Polish Boy. These are paired with house-made sauces such as black garlic mayo and Cleveland ketchup. For the Rock Entertainment Group, the partnership serves as a strategic move to integrate local culinary identity directly into the fan experience, ensuring that the warmth of the Cordelia brand remains accessible during Cavaliers games and major arena events.
