The company’s rapid growth is underscored by its adoption among industry leaders, with more than 25% of the top 100 insurance agencies now utilizing its workflow automation tools. By integrating directly with existing agency management systems, the platform transforms fragmented data into actionable intelligence, specifically targeting commercial, benefits, and specialty insurance lines. According to CEO and co-founder Vishal Sankhla, the goal is to shift the industry focus from manual data entry to high-level relationship management and professional judgment.
To support this trajectory, the company is also diversifying its product suite. Alongside the funding news, Outmarket introduced a new automated workflow for certificates of insurance, a process typically prone to errors and high administrative volume. By extracting requirements from contracts and cross-referencing them against current policies, the system aims to mitigate errors while drastically reducing turnaround times. CTO and co-founder Anshu Jain noted that the platform’s architecture is designed to unify structured and unstructured data, allowing agencies to automate complex tasks that were previously stagnant. Looking ahead, the firm plans to extend its connectivity to insurance carriers, aiming to bridge the information gap that currently requires manual handoffs between market participants.
