The new identity draws from the Latin roots for truth and purity, paired with a Möbius strip logo designed to symbolize the circularity of water reclamation. CEO Cody Phipps noted that the move reflects a three-year period of rapid expansion and the integration of proprietary technologies aimed at solving complex industrial and municipal filtration challenges. While the corporate name has changed, the company will maintain the individual market identities of its specialized brands, including M|MBR Systems, Tetrasolv, and KLa Systems.

This consolidation creates a central digital hub for engineering resources and lifecycle support, intended to simplify how partners access the firm's combined portfolio. John Rigas, Chairman and CEO of parent firm Sciens Water, described the rebrand as a way to sharpen the company’s commercial edge. The organization will debut its new visual identity at Booth #335 at the WEFTEC conference in New Orleans this week.
