By monitoring common queries and surveying hospital staff about the misconceptions families encounter, the team produces targeted content that addresses specific health rumors in real time. The initiative has already processed more than 300 reports of misinformation and maintains a recurring op-ed presence in the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Co-creators Dr. Joanna Parga-Belinkie and Dr. Katie Lockwood emphasize that the project is built on listening to parental concerns rather than simply broadcasting medical advice. The platform includes a submission feature allowing families to pose direct questions, fostering a two-way dialogue between the public and medical professionals. As the initiative moves into its second year, the hospital aims to scale these efforts to keep pace with emerging health trends and evolving digital misinformation, ensuring that scientifically-backed information remains accessible.
