Haugen will oversee the end-to-end business performance of the Content Innovation Cloud portfolio, including revenue, bookings, and the long-term growth roadmap. His mandate involves aligning Hyland’s platform differentiation with a sharpened go-to-market strategy, working closely with product leadership to translate customer feedback into actionable priorities. Steve Baird, Hyland’s chief revenue officer, noted that the move comes as the company seeks to cement its position in the evolving market for content intelligence.
Before joining Hyland, Haugen served as General Manager for the Enterprise Performance Management Suite at insightsoftware, where he managed a $125 million business unit. His background also includes a tenure as Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas at Planview, where he focused on driving double-digit bookings growth and improving revenue retention.
