Haugen joins Hyland with a three-decade tenure in enterprise software, most recently serving as General Manager at insightsoftware. There, he oversaw the $125 million Enterprise Performance Management Suite business unit. His previous experience also includes a stint as Chief Revenue Officer for the Americas at Planview, where he focused on driving double-digit bookings growth and strengthening customer retention metrics.
In this newly created role, Haugen assumes end-to-end responsibility for the Content Innovation Cloud portfolio. He will align the company’s go-to-market execution with product development, ensuring that Hyland’s content intelligence tools meet the demand for governed, AI-ready data foundations. According to Chief Revenue Officer Steve Baird, the move is intended to position Hyland as a primary facilitator for organizations aiming to move beyond basic automation toward more complex, agentic enterprise workflows.
