The selected cohort represents a diverse approach to heart health. Chicago-based Flow Medical is refining catheter-directed thrombolysis for pulmonary embolisms, while Norway’s Mode Sensors introduces non-invasive fluid monitoring via its ReBalans system. From Europe, Berlin’s Noah Labs uses AI-driven voice analysis to predict cardiac decompensation, Galway’s Galenband offers a 90-day wearable telemetry patch, and France-based Omini provides a portable platform for rapid blood biomarker testing.
Jeff Stinson, director of HTA, noted that the program’s value lies in moving these innovations directly into clinical settings alongside providers. This hands-on collaboration is designed to validate technologies that address persistent gaps in treatment, from early detection to personalized care. The cohort will officially launch its work at the CV Transforum conference in Denver, scheduled for October 22–24.
