SAI360 Names Prashant Darisi as Chief Product Officer

Darisi joins the executive leadership team following his tenure as Chief Product Officer at ETQ. His background includes two decades of experience across enterprise SaaS platforms and engineering, including roles at Everbridge and RSA Security. At SAI360, he will oversee the evolution of the firm’s GRC, compliance, and training solutions.

The appointment comes as the company attempts to move beyond standard automation. CEO Peter Granat noted that the firm is focusing on connecting siloed risk and compliance data through intelligent systems. By embedding AI into the context of organizational policies and incidents, the company aims to help clients identify risks before they materialize into broader issues. Darisi intends to focus these technical capabilities into a more unified customer experience, prioritizing functional outcomes over mere feature expansion.
