Serving as the project's Creative Director, Wang appeared in limited-edition attire to lead the opening ceremony alongside co-founder Zhang Quan. The event transformed the park into an immersive, dark-aesthetic zone, featuring attractions like the 'Dark Ride: Bumper Blaster' and the 'Phantom Lounge.' The atmosphere drew a wide roster of regional talent, including Jeffrey Ngai, Feanna Wong, and members of the group COLLAR, all participating in the brand's signature high-adrenaline, horror-themed challenges.
Beyond the current installation, Wang outlined a significant pivot for the brand's trajectory. He announced that a new comic series will arrive next year, shifting the narrative focus toward the philosophical inquiry of 'what is happiness.' While protagonists PUMPKIE and SPOOKIE remain, the upcoming release promises a visual and thematic departure from earlier chapters. Merchandise associated with the project, including collaboration T-shirts, is currently available through Tmall and the official WeChat mini-program, with public sales at the Ocean Park pop-up store beginning October 7.
