The new server provides read-and-write access to core event functions, including speaker management, session scheduling, and attendee check-in. According to CEO Mauricio Palacio, the goal is to reclaim hundreds of hours of manual labor each month, shifting the focus of event teams toward content development and the attendee experience. Because the tool operates on the open MCP standard, it functions with major AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Cursor.
Beyond basic task automation, the integration centralizes data visibility. By linking Eventtia with external CRM and marketing software, teams can generate real-time analytics and custom dashboards without exporting files. The system also enables the creation of registration portals and sponsor apps without requiring professional coding assistance. The server is available at no additional cost across all Eventtia plans and requires a setup time of under five minutes via the AI assistant’s connector library.
