MeetKai Launches Sovereign AI Infrastructure Across Six Nations

The initiative relies on the MK-A1 SOVIA platform, a modular system designed to function in isolated, air-gapped environments. This architecture allows governments and critical infrastructure operators—ranging from energy sectors to defense-adjacent agencies—to train and run data models entirely within national borders. In Ukraine, MeetKai is partnering with Kyivstar to establish the country's first national-scale AI factory. Scheduled to come online in 2027, the facility plans to scale from 15 MW to 100 MW to accommodate growing demand from the public sector and domestic industry.

In Brazil, the expansion follows a successful tender win with SERPRO, the federal government's IT agency. The partnership provides a secure framework for Brazil’s highly regulated banking and insurance sectors to manage sensitive workloads under local oversight. Beyond these deployments, MeetKai is positioning itself as an AI lab-as-a-service provider for VEON, leveraging local operator partnerships to train domestic engineering workforces. This strategy ensures that technical expertise and infrastructure remain within each host country, fulfilling a growing global demand for digital autonomy.
