KB Home Launches Arroyo Community in Manteca’s Griffin Park

Located at the intersection of Tinnin Road and Hot Springs Drive, the new community offers one- and two-story floor plans featuring up to six bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The site sits south of Highway 120, providing residents with access to Highway 99, Interstate 5, and Interstate 580. The location is positioned near local retail hubs, including The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley and the Great Wolf Lodge waterpark.

Matt Sauls, president of KB Home’s North Bay and Central Valley divisions, noted that the expansion into Griffin Park allows the company to offer a wider variety of home designs to accommodate diverse buyer budgets. Each residence is built to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards, a designation held by fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide, according to the builder. Prospective buyers can utilize the company’s design studio to customize interior finishes, floor plans, and exterior styles before construction begins.
