Beyond retail, the owners plan to partner with local shelters and non-profits to facilitate adoption events and product drives. The opening weekend will feature various incentives, including $5 nail trims, raffles, and giveaways. The store operates daily, offering curbside pickup and same-day delivery options for its inventory of over 11,000 products. Staff members are trained in natural and holistic nutrition to assist customers with pet care needs.
