Bryan Jordan, Chairman and CEO of First Horizon, noted that Hart’s career path reflects her commitment to the company, having risen from her initial role as a bank teller to lead the firm’s entire human resources strategy. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Hart maintains an active presence in the local community. She currently serves as an executive member and secretary on the Brooks Museum of Art Board and has held board positions with the University of Memphis Foundation, Junior Achievement of Memphis, and First 8 Memphis.
Her professional recognition includes multiple honors from the Memphis Business Journal, as well as being named one of the Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine in 2022 and 2024.
