The project emerged from personal observations during international soccer tournaments, where Ento, a coach, frequently recounted stories about intense parental dynamics. Kardashian noted that the pair initially toyed with the concept of a reality show as a humorous hypothetical before pitching the idea to networks. While the duo briefly considered focusing on soccer or basketball, they ultimately settled on baseball, drawn by the specific intensity of the families involved.

Premiering September 24 on Paramount+, the series documents seven families, including the Baldris, Dunmars, and Wolcziks. Kardashian described the project as a natural fit, emphasizing that the drama unfolding in the stands often rivals the competition on the field. Beyond this production, Kardashian recently expanded her portfolio by collaborating with Ryan Murphy on the scripted legal drama All’s Fair, where she portrays a high-powered divorce attorney modeled after her real-life counsel, Laura Wasser. Her sister, Khloé Kardashian, is simultaneously moving into production with her own series, The Girls, focusing on her inner circle of friends.
