The company’s growth trajectory was marked by significant operational shifts, including facility expansions at the High Desert Medical College campuses in Lancaster and Temecula. These upgrades were designed to accommodate a growing student population, which reached 3,377 by the end of the fiscal year on June 30. CEO LeeAnn Rohmann pointed to the sustained demand for career-focused healthcare programs as the primary engine behind these results, noting that the company is entering fiscal 2027 with clear momentum.
Financial performance for the final quarter mirrored the year-long trend, with revenue hitting $20.1 million—a 12% increase year-over-year. While net income grew significantly, the company also managed higher general and administrative expenses, which rose to $24.2 million, largely driven by increased marketing efforts and professional fees. Looking ahead, Legacy Education is diversifying its academic portfolio, with two new degree programs and one certificate program slated for launch at the Contra Costa Medical Career College in the second quarter of the coming fiscal year.
