Innventure Faces Class Action Lawsuit Following DarkNX Project Collapse

The legal scrutiny centers on statements made between November 2025 and August 2026, during which Innventure touted a 300MW project with DarkNX as a milestone for its Accelsius NeuCool technology. The company repeatedly assured shareholders that deliveries were on track for 2026. However, the narrative shifted on May 28, 2026, when Morpheus Research alleged the project was a fabrication, citing former employees who claimed the client company did not exist.

Innventure eventually confirmed on August 13, 2026, that the site for the DarkNX deployment was no longer available, leading to the removal of the project from its books and the suspension of all revenue guidance. Hagens Berman partner Reed Kathrein stated the firm is investigating whether these disclosures represent intentional or reckless deception. The deadline for investors to serve as lead plaintiffs is October 27, 2026.
