The acquisition would bring Roboticom’s established product lines—SandRob, ORTIS, and ScultoRob—under the Healthcare Triangle umbrella. By integrating its own artificial intelligence and cloud data capabilities with Roboticom’s hardware, HCTI aims to capture growth in sectors ranging from aerospace and marine manufacturing to prosthetics and industrial tooling. Roboticom, a brand of Pisa-based Fabrica Machinale Srl, reported $14.1 million in revenue for fiscal year 2025, according to unaudited data provided by the seller.
While management at Roboticom has projected revenue to reach $153.5 million by the 2029/30 fiscal year, Healthcare Triangle has explicitly distanced itself from these figures. The company noted that these projections are unaudited, unverified, and subject to significant uncertainty. David Ayanoglou, CFO of Healthcare Triangle, stated the potential move represents a significant opportunity to enter the robotics space and enhance competitive positioning through AI integration. The deal remains subject to rigorous due diligence, including the confirmation of asset titles and the securing of necessary financing, with no guarantee that a definitive agreement will be reached.
